2 Fresh fish of the Day - served with chomp potato and braised leeks and white wine sauce.
3 Pan-fried chicken - with fresh spinach and goat's cheese served on a bed of parsnip and sun dried tomato with basil pesto dressing.
4 Seared vegetables served on an egg plant - with cheddar cheese nest with a raspberry dressing.
