To design your own menu, select 3 starters, 4 main courses, and 2 desserts.

Starters

1 Brie & Smoked Salmon - wrapped in filo pastry served with baby spinach leaves tossed in honey and soy dressing.
2 Pan-fried lemon and ginger chicken fillet strips - tossed with rocket lettuce and roasted peppers strips.
3 Rose of melon - served with fruits of the forest puree and crème fraîche.
4 Oven baked baby new potatoes - tossed with sun dried tomatoes, mixed lettuce and caesar dressing.
5 Homemade chicken liver pate - served with orange and berry relish and home made brown bread.


Main courses

1 12oz Sirloin Steak - garnished with French fried onions, homefries and a sauce of your choice.
2 Fillet of chicken - served on a bed of risotto rice made with parmesan cheese and sun dried tomato, and a basil and garlic dressing.
3 Seared darn of salmon - marinated in chilli, lime, ginger served with spinach and a spring onion dressing.
4 Rack of lamb - served on a bed of rosemary creamed potato and a rich red wine jus.
5 Fillet steak - served on horseradish creamed potato, glazed red onions and served with a brandy and red pepper sauce.
6 Duck marinated in lime, garlic, basil & soy sauce - served on a bed of noodles with fresh stir fried vegetables.
7 Stir fired vegetables wrapped in puff pastry - with garlic gratin on a bed of fresh spinach and a tomato pesto.
8 Fillet of pork - stuffed with Clonakilty black pudding and served on a bed of spring onion creamed potato and glazed with a mushroom and onion sauce.


Desserts

1 White chocolate cheese cake.
2 Caramelised apple tart.
3 Irish mist dark chocolate mousse cake.
4 Tiramisu.
5 Rich lemon torte.
